Unlike other 3-axle LHB 530C shunting locomotives with two-speed turbo gearbox and hydraulic transmission, the LHB 530C Stage V locomotives are equipped with an EU Stage V Mercedes-Benz\/MTU 6R1500 OM473 V6 diesel engine capable of delivering 480 kW. This engine significantly reduces emissions, fuel consumption and noise.<\/p>\n

The LHB 530C Stage V locomotives have also been authorised for commissioning pursuant to ANSF Decree 01\/2015 and will be updated to meet the requirements of ANSFISA Decree 01\/2023.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this approval, they can operate for shunting activities within the service area of the Italian railway system network under concession to Rete Ferroviaria Italiana.<\/p>\n<\/div>DOWNLOAD<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Each locomotive incorporates innovative systems that ensure precise and safe operation, offering total control during all phases of use.<\/p>\n<\/div>

  • Safety systems<\/b>: equipped with the TELOC-CASRAM system, which manages speed limitation, \u201cdeparture check\u201d and monitoring functions, as well as data recording<\/li>
  • Cameras<\/b>: the cameras ensure the visibility of shunting signals even in areas of shadow, as well as allowing better visibility during shunting operations<\/li>
  • PLC system<\/b>: combined with GSM data transmission, this allows data to be collected and transmitted from sensors on each locomotive and remote intervention to manage certain operating parameters<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
